Our sterling silver jewelry is plated in 18K gold and rhodium plating to prevent tarnishing. 

We recommend avoiding contact with chemicals such as soap, perfume, hairspray, moisturizer and heavy sweat while exercising.

Remove your jewelry before showering and swimming.

Avoid sleeping with it.

We currently ship in the USA from New York City within 3-5 business days.

Returns

US and International

Returns are easy. For US orders, return shipping is free on your 1st order! Simply contact info@gloriajewels.com to begin.

Step 1: Determine if you are eligible to return.
All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.

Step 2: Ship the package

We will provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the product is worn, or damaged, the refund will be refused. The item will be returned back to the customer after return and outbound shipping costs are paid.

Step 3: Receive your refund.

You will receive the original amount paid for the product (excluding shipping) minus the cost of return shipping. 

Customs Duty and Taxes

Our products ship from the US, so customers outside the US may have their package subject to customs duty and taxes. Customs duty and taxes are the customer’s own responsibility and are estimated for your convenience at checkout. You may be able to work with your local customs to obtain a refund of customs fees after returning an item.

Final Sale items (if applicable)

Final sale items can only be refunded for store credit.

This is rare due to our strict quality checks, but if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@gloriajewels.com, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number and current shipping address. We’ll take care of you and make this right!
